The Inverted Pyramid
In the Humanly Genius Project we inverted Abraham Maslow’s Pyramid of needs. The shape became our logo as well.
We felt that the basic survival need is level one, everybody starts off at this level. Unfortunately, some people in some third world countries have to stay at this level, as well homeless people in the first world.
This cylinder has the smallest disc shape as its base, but it has the height of the whole pyramid. Every level in this pyramid encircles the basic survival disc. We all need to breath, we need water, and nutrition, sleep and movement, we have to keep our homeostasis balanced as well as our excretion regular. Lastly we have the basic sexual need.
The second level comes above the first, basic level, so this cylinder has a larger disc base and it is as high as the last level.
